Technical questions The how-to information contained in our site is our attempt to answer technically related repair information questions. Although we cannot answer technical questions by email or phone, we are interested in helping and we need your suggestions on how to grow our how to section.

	Price Quotes: The prices shown on the web pages are current prices on the items in our database. (We have no way to give quotes on items not in the database). If there is a repair part needed that is not shown we recommend contacting your manufacturer directly with part and model numbers.

Ordering by Phone: There is no advantage in trying to order by phone. Our online orders are checked every 10 minutes throughout the day and our goal is to have those orders entered into our system within 2 hours.
