How to Order |

accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Personal Check or Money Order You will need an Order ID number to order. To get an Order ID number, add the items desired to the shopping cart and follow the view shopping cart link. |
 This button will be available after placing your selected items in the shopping cart and completing your shipping information. After submitting your shipping information you will be given an Order Identification Number which we will automatically match with your payment authorization submitted through the secure form and complete your order. |
 Although we no longer offer a toll free number for ordering, we do accept credit card information by local phone during normal business hours Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 4:00PM PST. We will retrieve the order information submitted online by the Order ID number and match your credit card payment information. An order identification number must be gotten online before you can place an order by phone. Please have your order identification number and credit card ready.  To complete your order by fax simply get an Order ID number and print out the page. On the line provided under the billing detail write your credit card information. The information needed is the type of card, card number, and expiration date. Our fax number is 1 425 889-9543 |
