High temp silicone grommet, fits all sizes of the Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker. Measures 1-5/8" in diameter. The grommet has a hole for a stick thermometer and a second slotted opening for one or more probes or sensors. Allows for accurately monitoring the interior temperature of the appliance and the food being cooked while keeping  the cooker closed. Genuine Weber Part.
