It's hard to believe it's already Labor Day, but there's still a lot of outdoor cooking weather left - and we can't think of a better way to gear up for football, hockey & baseball playoffs than spending time behind the grill. Read on to see what we've got cookin' this month.

Hot Spit
One of the coolest grilling accessories anywhere is the rotisserie. Your bird or beast cooks while you have time to prep the rest of your meal and it's consistently juicy & amazing. Taking the plunge into adding the hardware can be a bit intimidating, so we put together a quick video showing how easy it is to install on a Weber grill.

What's on the Grill: Summer Squash
Crooked Neck, Gold Rush, Sunshine, Acorn, Eight Ball, Butternut and, of course, the mighty Zucchini. We like to slice the fruit lengthwise, coat it with olive oil, and then hit it with a healthy dose of salt & pepper. Another great method is cutting it into bite-sized pieces and using a grilling basket to keep everything together. Either way brings amazing texture and flavor that you won't get from roasting squash in the oven.

Labor of Love
You may be mourning the fact that summer is wrapping up - It is, after all, your last chance to don those white shoes & your seersucker suit. Please enjoy the rest of your long weekend and appreciate the friends & family around you - even if you're stuck at the mall.
