How do I cancel my order?

Orders that have been shipped cannot be changed or canceled; if you've received a shipment notification email, your order is already on its way.
If you'd like to make a change to your order, cancel it here and place a new order.

You can enter your order number and shipping zip code below to see if your order can be canceled online.

Can I place a phone order?

We are unable to take your order over the phone. We have a strict security policy that prevents us from taking your order in any way other than through our website or in person.

Where do I enter my coupon code?

We price our items as low as possible and do not issue or accept discounts or coupon codes of any kind. If you have one, it didn't come from a legitimate source. While we understand this is disappointing, it is something beyond our control.

When will I receive my order?

In-stock orders typically ship within one business day from our location in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. In the busy spring & summer months, it may take up to 2 days. Shipping travel times are typically 3-5 additional business days.

You should receive 2 emails regarding your order:
  1. Order Confirmation
  2. Shipment Notification with tracking information
If an item is out of stock, your order will be held and shipped complete. You should receive an email with an estimated ship date for the order. If you haven't received an email and you have backorder message on your order status, just drop us a note.

Do you ship to Canada?

We are unable to ship to Canada.
If you're ordering from Canada but shipping to a US address, use the shipping destination as your billing address.

Does your business have customer reviews managed by a third party?

We have been doing our best to serve our customers for over two decades & we think it shows.

Do you ship internationally?

We exclusively ship to the lower 48 US States as well as Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and military APO/FPO addresses(with adjusted shipping rates).

We are unable to ship to Canada or other international destinations.

What if I'm looking for a part not on your website?

All of the parts we stock are listed on the website under the appropriate model/manufacturer. We are unable to place special orders. Your best bet is to contact the manufacturer directly.

Can you help me convert my grill from LP to natural gas?

Converting a grill from propane to natural gas or natural to propane gas is just a little too complicated and beyond the scope and expertise of our business.

We have a good write-up on natural gas conversion here, but you may want to contact your local gas company to see if they perform this service, or check with your grill manufacturer to see if conversion kits are available for your particular model.

Can you help me with a repair?

We don't have technicians available for repair help. Your best bet is to contact your manufacturer directly.

How do I return an order?

Returns are easy.
With the exception of electric and electronic items, you may return any part or accessory in its original, unused condition within 90 days for a refund. We do not refund shipping costs.

You do not have to authorize your return before shipping it back. To return items for credit, enclose a copy of your receipt with the returned goods and return to the appropriate address below. If you do not have a packing slip or receipt, please just include a sheet of paper with your order number so we know whose account to credit. For your protection, please use UPS, FedEx or Insured US Post Office Parcel Post for shipment. We do not have an exchange program.

How can I exchange a part?

We don't have an exchange program.
If you've ordered the wrong part, then the best thing to do is place a new order for the correct item and return the incorrect part to us. We'll refund your account (excluding shipping charges) when we receive the return.

We are located about 2.5 miles east of the Sandestin outlet mall and 1/4 mile east of Mack Bayou Road. Take Highway 98 (Emerald Coast Parkway) east to Goldsby Road. Please contact your grill manufacturer for specific questions regarding your particular product. Although we have a lot of experience in gas grills, our office and management staff are not factory trained technicians.

Canceling an Order

You can use the form above to cancel your order instantly if it has not shipped. If you need to cancel an order and the cannot do so with the form, please send us an email using the above form or call us at 850-622-9146 during normal business hours.
We cannot cancel an order that has shipped; if you've received a shipment notification, your order is already on its way.

Parts Availability and Pricing

The prices shown on the web pages are current prices on the items in our database an we have no way to give quotes on special orders or volume discounts.

If there is a repair part needed that is not shown we recommend contacting your manufacturer directly with part and model numbers.

How We Ship and Process Your Order

The parts we offer are factory certified original equipment parts or exact fit, factory certified replacement parts. Every effort is made to process and ship the same day as the order is received (Mon. - Friday) or the next day if the order is received after 2:00PM. We inventory all items shown and ship directly to you from our location in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
