I actually was only interested in replacing the venturi but it wasn't offered on your site, Although, after I made my purchase, I found it was available on other sites (Music City Metals). After I get it going this year, I'll submit a review again.

I had an old grill and they helped me find the model number and then helped me identify the part I needed and got it out to me in the mail the next day and it arrived two days later. Not bad. In fact I would recommend it to others.

Order arrived a day early. After checking sellers website I was unable to locate a needed part. I then placed my order for the other parts I needed. I did a Google search and my needed part showed up in a different section of the same seller's website. I contacted Customer Service to see if I could save some shipping cost by combining with my previously placed order. They threw in this needed part at no cost to me and fixed their website for others!!!!!!

I want to pay a BIG compliment to Barbeque Renew/GrillParts.com for the excellent packing they did on my order. I wish my orders from Amazon were packed this responsibly. I know Amazon has a robotic system, but it was refreshing to receive my order from GrillParts packed so intelligently, with common sense and personal care. The heavy items were packed so securely with the lighter ones, nothing moved and the order was in perfect condition.

My order was processed and shipped on the same day I placed it - I received it in three days of being ordered and did not request any type of expedited delivery.

Right after I entered my order, I realized that I'd specified the wrong part. I sent a quick email to customer service, and they immediately corrected the order. When it arrived, I was pleased to discover that it had been cleverly packaged to prevent possible damage in shipping, and that the package included a couple of small bonus items that were totally unexpected. After looking at my local hardware store where I bought my grill I was unable to find the parts I needed. Luckily I found Grill Parts and was able to get exactly the parts that I needed. They arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I will be back when I need more parts.

I bought some other parts through another company and regret not buying everthing from grillparts!

Orded burner for old Kenmore grill and rack .Unfortunately the original burner made in the USA is not avable. Replacement fits fine but doesn't have bug guard on tubing .Better quality than an universal replacement though. Also after installing it noticed flame holes are on the bottom edge of the burner not on top edge as original style.Don't know how this will work out ,see more flames on bottom and flows past seam of burner but if it works this way on another grill I guess it OK ,probably won't last as long but I will see..

I was easily able to find what I needed on their website. The order arrived a couple of days earlier than I expected. Packaging was just right (sturdy, well-packed, but too much stuff). It would have been helpful if the installation instructions had been clearer, but I think that is a manufacturer problem, not a problem with the retailer. I will definitely use them again.
